I due lotti adiacenti ospitano, il primo, 4 ville unifamiliari su di un solo livello e l'altro, con piscina condominiale, 5 ville su due livelli.
Si legge una sorta di minimalismo potente, in contrasto con l'immediato contesto davvero confuso. Alla scelta di un materiale particolare, il corten, corrisponde un suo utilizzo a lastre intere a tutt'altezza senza alcun compromesso.
Qui si PROGETTA una RESIDENZA_PAESAGGIO, perciò si progetta un paesaggio residenziale; lo scopo del progetto è anche ottenere sostenibilità: ambientale - economica - sociale e funzionale - percettiva – estetica, cioè ECOLOGIA COMPLESSIVA.
Anche questo intervento, come tanti nostri altri, partecipa alla strategia della SOSTITUZIONE, come scelta culturale e civica, prima ancora che architettonica o commerciale.
La proposta progettuale individua una sorta di PARCO RESIDENZIALE, considerando l'insieme di varie e differenti unità residenziali che già costituiscono un "parco" nel senso di offerta, ma anche davvero una RESIDENZA PARCO, considerando le ampie superfici a verde attrezzato e diffuso nel quale le nuove strutture si inseriscono e che valorizzano nell'inserirvisi con un confronto diretto mediato solo dalle scelte di progetto.
La prima forte "intenzione" è da leggersi proprio nell'intenzione delle ville, e nel suo sviluppo orizzontale piuttosto che verticale, persino in quelle a due livelli. La scelta richiamata conduce immediatamente alla seconda forte "intenzione", da rintracciarsi nell'estensività del verde e nel farne l'immagine prima e prevalente nell'approccio al lotto.
Il progetto è concepito con la finalità di perseguire una risposta energetico-ambientale di tipo passivo, cercando di limitare l'uso di tecnologie impiantistiche attive.

The two adjacent plots house, the first, 4 single-family villas on one level and the other, with communal pool, 5 villas on two levels.
It reads a kind of powerful minimalism, in contrast to the immediate context really confused. The choice of a particular material, corten, corresponds to its use in full-height slabs without any compromise.
Here we DESIGN a RESIDENCE _ LANDSCAPE, therefore we design a residential landscape; the aim of the project is also to achieve sustainability: environmental - economic - social and functional - perceptive - aesthetic, that is, OVERALL ECOLOGY.
This intervention, like many of our others, participates in the strategy of SUBSTITUTION, as a cultural and civic choice, even before architectural or commercial.
The project proposal identifies a kind of RESIDENTIAL PARK, considering the set of various and different residential units that already constitute a "park" in the sense of offer, but also really a PARK RESIDENCE, whereas the large areas of well-equipped and widespread greenery in which the new structures are inserted and which enhance their insertion with a direct comparison mediated only by the project choices.
The first strong "intention" is to be read precisely in the intention of the villas, and in its horizontal rather than vertical development, even in those on two levels. The choice immediately leads to the second strong "intention", to be found in the extensiveness of the green and in making the image first and prevalent in the approach to the lot.
The project is conceived with the aim of pursuing a passive energy-environmental response, trying to limit the use of active plant technology.
